The event will be held at the East Sussex National Golf Club, Little Horsted, Uckfield, East Sussex, TN22 5ES.

N.B. We will be using The Ballroom at the Golf Clubhouse rather than the main hotel.


Stephen Barnett & Tony Comber will meet you on arrival in the usual way.


Complimentary tea/coffee will be available from 11.15 a.m., prior to the meeting which starts promptly at 12 noon.

Lunch will be served from 1 pm. If you are unable to make “both parts”, we will be pleased to welcome you at either.

Applications will be dealt with on a first come first served basis and numbers are limited to 120.

We have given a 40% subsidy to Members for this event, so the cost for Members is £29.00 with Guests at £49.00, which includes a three-course meal, tea/coffee and tips.

Cheques will be banked on or around March payday.

N.B. Final numbers will be provided to the venue by 19/03/26 after which, we are unable to provide any refunds.
