The above event will be held at The Oak Barn Bar and Restaurant, Cuckfield Road, Burgess Hill, RH15 8RE.

Arrival time is from 2 p.m., and the BBQ style lunch will be served from 2.45 p.m., together with a choice of desserts and tea and coffee.

The menu includes vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free items and the bar will be open for you to purchase your own drinks throughout the event.

Mains:

• Freshly baked artisan bread with olive oil & balsamic vinegar

• Lamb koftas with a refreshing mint yoghurt dip

• Chicken breast marinated in garlic butter

• Cauliflower steaks with a spiced date puree

• King prawn, vegetable & chorizo skewers

• Honey & mustard dressed English garden salad topped with balsamic vinegar

• Classic potato salad mixed with onion & chives

Desserts:

• Glazed lemon tart

• Double chocolate brownie with pouring cream

N.B. Please notify us on your reply slip if you have any special dietary requirements as the Chef is unable to make any changes to food requests on the day of the event.

There will be free seating with tables available both inside and outside and we’re hoping that the weather be fine enough for us to do the latter.

We have given a subsidy of 30.3% to Members for this event, so the cost for Members is £30 and Guests £43 and includes the Lunch, Dessert, Tea or Coffee and tips.

If you wish to attend, please return the reply slip to Julia Shaw, together with your cheque by the 29/05/26 enclosing a SAE or email address if an acknowledgement is required.

Cheques will be banked around 15th June.

N.B. Final numbers will be confirmed on 17/06/26 after which, we are unable to provide any refunds.
